No Hidden Fees!
Prune Hill Realty is not a discount brokerage where fees are often charged for virtually no work and no marketing is done on behalf of the client. Prune Hill Realty does not charge any hidden or obscure fees to anyone trying to buy or sell their property. We do not charge clients for advertising, marketing or ask clients to pay an up-front fee for a listing in the multiple listing service. All marketing and advertising costs are included unless the client specifically requests and agrees to extraordinary advertising in specialized regional publications outside the Portland Metropolitan area.
